What is The Renewed Woman?
It all began when I realized I wanted a change. Not like a different haircut or hair color. Like a real change in myself. Being in my upper 20’s has really brought made me see a new perspective of life. I had listened to so many lies about myself, stop taking care of my health, put my own dreams on hold simply because of others. Well, that is not the case anymore. I have adopted a new lifestyle. One that leaves me feeling so good about myself and the body I am in. The way I believe we were created to feel. New to meditation? New to a healthier lifestyle change? Gluten free? Finding your fashion style? Welcome, we are going to have so much fun on this journey together.

Who am I ?
Hello there!
My name is Madison and I am the founder of The Renewed Woman. I have been blogging since 2020 and took a break from it in 2022. I have recently drifted back to it and have fallen even more in love with it. I am a 26 year old girl who has honestly felt she has been through A LOT for her age. I created this platform as an outlet for myself but mostly for others because I have come to realize. We are all going through now or have gone through the same things. But my question to you is… why doesn’t anyone talk about it? Why don’t we talk about image struggles, family drama, abandonment issues, food sensitivities? No matter how little or extreme it may be, we all at one point have been hurt or are looking for a change.
So… welcome. :) We are all RENEWED.
